ACROBATIC FLOW - HANDSTAND POLE WORKSHOP

If you want to take your pole flow sequences to the next level, this workshop is for you!
We will work on different floor acrobatic elements to add a spectacular touch to your style.
The workshop structure includes: floor acrobatics techniques & exploring dynamic transitions and controlled movements.
You will learn how to integrate acrobatics into a sequence and combine flow with creativity and precision.
This intermediate-level workshop requires you to be able to perform a handstand with the pole as a base, as well as side wheels, headstands, (aerial) inversions, reikos, and so on.

!!! Juan Fran wird selbstverständlich ausreichend Regressionen & Progressionen dabei haben, damit Du Dich sowohl mit Intermediate Level wohl fühlst aber auch auf höheren Niveaus ausreichend gefordert wirst !!!
