ACROBATIC FLOW - HANDSTAND POLE WORKSHOP

• If you want to take your pole flow sequences to the next level, this workshop is for you!
• We will work on different floor acrobatic elements to add a spectacular touch to your style.
• The workshop structure includes: floor acrobatics techniques & exploring dynamic transitions and controlled movements.
• You will learn how to integrate acrobatics into a sequence and combine flow with creativity and precision.
• This intermediate-level workshop requires you to be able to perform a handstand with the pole as a base, as well as side wheels, headstands, (aerial) inversions, reikos, and so on.

!!! Juan Fran wird selbstverständlich ausreichend Regressionen & Progressionen dabei haben, damit Du Dich sowohl mit Intermediate Level wohl fühlst aber auch auf höheren Niveaus ausreichend gefordert wirst !!!
