We offer exclusive dance classes, private and group coaching, events and workshops.
MISSION:
At Spirit’n Roses Dance Studio, we create a safe space to explore a feminine side to the art of dance for women, anyone who identifies a woman, and anyone who is truly interested in learning the dance styles we have to offer. We value personal expression, and provide professional training in sensual dance styles.
Our aim to create an inclusive environment for people to freely express who they are through performance arts. It is in this space where women of any and all backgrounds have the opportunity to inspire and empower each other. Amongst each other, we encourage our authentic and beautiful selves to be playful and creative.
We consider it our mission to build a space for you to unapologetically be yourself, improving yourself at whatever pace feels comfortable.
Every class we offer is original, unique and inspiring in its own way.
Our team of professional dancers are here to provide the best training in each of their specialties for you.
We focus on flow, intention, musicality, moods, timing and artistic purpose.
We consistently play and balance both choreography and improvisation, where you can explore and express your own personality and flow.
We give classes for all levels, whether you are on a personal journey for growth or self-confidence, or have the ambition to become a professional performer or dancer, we have a class to suit your needs.
