Über das Event

Are you enthusiastic about pole, tease or aerial classes and want to become a trainer yourself? This basic training course prepares you extensively for your future teaching activities and imparts important knowledge from the fields of dance, yoga, fitness and pedagogy so that you can independently and successfully offer training sessions and choreographies in the classroom. Learn all about warm-up, muscles (strength & stretching techniques), training principles, music structure and how to analyze acrobatics and movements and how to methodically build and correct them for different levels of difficulty. In 32 teaching units over four days, you will learn all the content that is important for a successful and well-founded activity as a course instructor.

With this basic training, you will be ready to continue your education in the practice-oriented advanced training courses. Whether Pole (Beg/Int/Adv), Tease (Chair/Floor/Lap/Strip) or Aerial (Hammock/Hoop/Silk).
