The rustic retreat includes 3 nights bed and breakfast stay in a cosy, luxury lodge in a peaceful & remote setting in Ellesmere, Shropshire. During your stay you will have the option of taking part in 6 plus different workshops (inc 2 x Pole sessions, 2 x Aerial Sessions and 2 x Stretch and Flex sessions), You can also expect prosecco on arrival, a pole/aerial goodie bag including Polehog wear, Poleboxx treats and Pole Poised Products, a photoshoot during your stay with Lollipop and Lenses and a free 20 min sports massage with Flexpert Sports Therapy on the Saturday afternoon. And of course let's not forget you will have use of a private hot tub ALL WEEKEND! Which is great for relaxing with your new pals and for a spot of star gazing too! (We’ve even seen shooting stars from the tub!)

The beauty of this retreat is the fact that it is such a small group attending, with only 6 students, who are often folks traveling alone, you are sure to make friends that will last a lifetime. In fact, many of our retreatees not only stay in touch, but book onto future retreats together! Also not to worry if you aren’t the mega social type either, we have some famously fun ice breaker pole games that are sure to bring you all together.

To secure a place we require a £100 non-refundable deposit. This will be taken on booking, you can then choose to either pay in full for a £25 discount, or spread the cost over monthly instalments!
