This will be an intensive week so its recommend that you be used to poling for few hours a week. You have the time to up your pole game and build on your strength and stamina by conditioning!!:)

– 3☆ Hotel – 7 nights all inclusive (twin rooms with balcony fitted tv and air conditioning), FREE wifi – 600yd from the beach, 4 outdoor pools, hot tube. Fitness centre and massage also available for additional charge.
