GET A WAY flow and glow

you absolutely don‘t want to miss this awesome pole getaway weekend! 😍

flow and glow means
flow in your pole classes and
glow at the spa after classes on saturday 🧖🏽‍♀️

we start with a cosy coffee at the pole studio steinen @pole_academy before we get to train with @terri_fierce & me @lauralou.hypnotic 👯‍♀️❤️‍🔥
between there is time for snacks and also a light lunch 🌱

then we travel right after classes with the known swiss cog railway & once we arrive at the hotel rigi kaltbad the luxury beginns 🫰🏽

enjoy a good spa session, 4 course dinner, cosy night stay, breakfast buffet & all this on top of the mountains eeeeek!! 🏔️

after breakfast we travel back, again with the cute cog railway, through breathtaking mountain views & evergreens 🌲🚞

just to continue why we actually came, more pole classes with @terri_fierce & me @lauralou.hypnotic 🥳
