About the workshop
This workshop includes a 20 minute full bodywarm up: with upper body mobility exercises.
Students will learn the technique of the iconicold school movements as walks, orbits, turns,and switches, and how to make it look smooth,controlled and sensuous; just like a cat movingaround.
Perfect for all level pole dancers who wants toimprove and level up the foundations andstability
