Stay for 5 or 7 nights in a 4★ hotel, or opt for a workshops-only package. Enjoy 18 hours of training over 4 days with a diverse team of world-class instructors. This will be an intensive week so its recommend that you be used to poling or aerial for few hours a week. You have the time to up your pole or aerial game and build on your strength and stamina.
