GROUP A (high advanced and advanced) perfect for high level students and instructors.
GROUP B (low advanced and intermediate students and instructors)
This will be an intensive week so its recommend that you be used to poling for few hours a week. You have the time to up your pole game and build on your strength and stamina by conditioning!!:)
In Advanced level (group A) you must be comfortable with aerial invert, aerial shouldermount, handspring, ayasha, and be ready for advanced stuff; Intermediate level (group B) you need to be comfortable with invert, extended butterfly, scorpion, brass monkey, climb.

The private coach will be picking us up from the hotel, taking us to classes, and then bringing us back to the hotel afterward. There is an additional price (package 1: £55, package 2: £40).
