Workshops
We are basing the level at intermediate/ advanced, you should be confident in heels and inverting (outside / inside leg hangs, shouldermounts etc. )
Workshops will primarily be based around the Style of Exo Flow.

There is the option to pay in full or to pay a non refundable deposit of £100 now to secure your place, followed by £200 by 02/01/2025 then the remaining £200 by 02/03/2025.
