About the workshop
This workshop includes a 20 minute full bodywarm up: with mobility exercises and anklestrengthening drills.
Students will learn the characteristicmovements of the old school
style as hip driventurns and switches, pirouettes and spins, all puttogether in a choreography where the studentscan work in musicality, tempo, texture andfluidity
Perfect for all lovel pole dancers who wants toimprove their dancer skills in a traditional way.
